The study by Heavy Reading, the market research arm of Light Reading Inc., is an invitation-only survey of 433 participants from 90 different service providers and enterprises worldwide and analyzes their perceptions of 160 vendors in 12 operations support systems (OSS) product categories. AdventNet was chosen as a market leader among private companies in recognition, price and service support in addition to being the overall leading private company in the element management category.
